After seeing so much wood being wasted in the Aiken-Augusta area, local artisan Rob Kincaid decided to do something about it. In 2008 he bagan to make unique items for charity from this reclaimed wood. The idea of "giving wood a second chance" is what created Second Chance Woodcrafts. Now SCW is a bustling shop dedicated to the creation of beautiful pieces solely from recycled and discarded wood. With the material coming from local sawmills and industries, each finished product has its own unique story to tell. We are so proud to give our pieces new homes and we are thankful for the opportunity!
